Georgene + Joe

I knew Georgene was my type of gal almost immediately. Our conversations very early on included talking about texture and grasses, a warm, autumnal (but not stereotypical “Fall”) palette and using really, really good flowers.

Georgene and Joe decided to invest in their flowers as their main source of decor. We draped pews in lush vines, creating an even more dramatic aisle to walk down. We created big, full centerpieces arranged in antiqued gold bowls, mirroring the classic, glamorous feel of their venue.

I loved combining all warm tones of local dahlias with grasses, classic black-centered anemone + lots of textures of greenery. The contrast of fall tones + dark greens with touches of classic bridal-inspired ivory
